Sliding Down A New York Penthouse Double Level Floor Plan

Fun, comfort and luxury go hand in hand in this special residential project found in New York City. The owner’s excellent idea of uniting two new penthouse levels in the city’s East Village took shape under the attentive supervision of Turett Collaborative Architects (TCA). Sliding down from one floor to another seems to be a luxury not only children can afford. Encapsulated within glass walls at the upper floor, the metal slide drops down to the light-flooded living space. The spiral slide New York penthouse displays a carefully planned floor-plan that perfectly integrates the construction of this inspiring feature. Created as an interesting alternative to the existing stairs and maintaining a sense of playfulness in this luxurious home, the slide can be used by owner and guests to provoke a forgotten feeling of freedom. This slide-showcasing penthouse apartment is reminiscent of the Nakameguro House by LEVEL Architects – a family residence incorporating a dynamic slide. This creative method of connecting the three floors of the house was re-imagined in a more luxurious approach in the project you can enjoy below. (courtesy by www.freshome.com)

Cozy, Modern and Practical Bedroom with a Travel-Inspired Theme

We do not know if this bedroom from Viz Art was developed for a traveler to feel right at home (from time to time) or for a wannabe globetrotter with a strong will to eventually return in his comfort zone. Either way, the interior is original and highly modern, encouraging sweet dreams of far away places. Although diverse, the room found on Home-Designing displays an elegant and tasteful overall appearance. Wood is present throughout, adding warmth and a nostalgic cabin-like feel. With several directional spot lights, romantic bed lamps and two major ceiling light sources, the atmosphere can be instantly “upgraded” at a push of a button. The space is cleverly divided, ensuring a large degree of functionality. A yacht in the waves above the bed, boat souvenirs and ocean imagery make this a fun and original bedroom, one that we are more than happy to share further with you on Freshome.(courtesy by www.freshome.com)

Beverly Hills Villa Composed Of Fine Crafted Details

Designed by illustrious architect William Stephenson and located at 1705 Angelo Drive in Beverly Hills, this stunning villa was built back in 1956 and renovated to compose a modern environment for a relaxed contemporary lifestyle.
